phi delt is mid at best

don't forget that phi delt next year composes of 3/4 old phi delt and 1/4 old ox freshman. it will be 3 grades of phi delt and 1 grade of ox. it will still be dominated by old odd phi delt members. it should be a mid frat but possibly towards upper mid if they rush well. Not sure how they got tridelt as pgp with only 1/4 of solid members
