Real Frat Ranks (Elaborated)

Tiers represent a noticeable divide

Frats:
(Tier 1)
Phi Psi, Fiji, AEPi

(Phi Psi is still the most competitive to get a bid at. They mix with the top sororities more as well. Fiji mixes slightly less with top srats than Phi Psi and Aepi but the general consensus is that Fiji is more fun, genuine, and well liked than Aepi.)

(Tier 2)
DKE, ASig
Phi Delt, Pike

(Less competitive to get a bud. Do not mix with the top 3 enough to be on the first line. Phi Delt could potentially move up with the Ox merger and with Tridelt as their PGP. They are still mostly odd guys from the original Phi Delt PC so could move down as well. Need to wait to see how the merger impacts them.)

(Tier 3)
Lambda, Dchi/Xi
Pikapp, DSig, DTD
DU, Sig Chi

(Less competitive to get a bid than tier 2. Some don’t have PGPs but they all have groupies who love them.)

(Tier 4)
TDX, Snu
SAE, ATO
Shady, Psi U
Beta, Triangle
Chi Psi, KSig

(Not competitive to get a bid. If you’re somewhat normal, get along with the brothers, and don’t piss anybody off during rush, you’ll likely get a bid. No PGP’s and not affiliated with any top houses. May have the odd mixer with an upper sorority but very rarely.)
