Phi Delt is not number 1 after the OX merger half of their guys are still weird phi delt guys. There’s a reason they’ve been bottom tier.

If you take the average of OX (top house) and Phi Delt (lower mid) you'd probably end up around Lambda Xi level or maybe a line below

No but you don’t get it. Ox boys are like so hot and so chill that they completely negate how fuggly and creepy the phi delts are. So they’re still top by a mile.
