it's owned by their Housing Corp. doubt they'll be able to keep it unless they've got major alumni support. real longshot there.

If it's own by the Housing Corp. they will most likely lease it to another org. (Greek/Non-Greek) while OX is currently inactive until they return in a few years. That is usually the norm.
