What if ox merged with phi psi?

Phi psi is already filled up and likely not looking to get 60+ people. They can do just fine without merging with ox

The best I think OX can do is go underground. If they were to merge it should be with chi phi or ksig. If ox were to merge with phi psi they should just get social bids and pay there dues, etc.
