Frats rising the most recently (No order)

Which frats have bee rising the most over the past month or 2? In my opinion,

- Fiji looks to have clearly cemented instead over phi psi as the #2 behind OX. They have mixers with other frats to often, but have mixed with pike quite a bit. Girls like it, it’s fun, and they don’t have a bad rep.

-pikapp is one to keep an eye out for. They have been mixing pretty often with DKE and aepi recently. People think they are really fun and have a good rep. I think with brownstone next year and these next mixer connections, they have a lot of potential.

Lambda I have never heard one bad thing about, the guys are good looking and very nice. I think they need to setup more mixers to improve there stock. I have heard of a lot people saying that it is underrated and they have a very fun time there.

Stock going down:

Phi Psi- besides for there groupies, they have an awful rep and Fiji has taken over them. Obviously they can’t fall outside the top 3/4 frats, but they are not the top top frat they used to be considered. Parties aren’t very fun, but they have a great turnout and they get the best looking girls.

Dsig- outside of the barn, I don’t think anyone has ever said one good thing about dsig. They think they are better than everyone because they have it, but the reality is, all they have is Jared Maister and No PGP. The No pgp has there stock crashing and they will need some noteworthy mixers to keep them in the upper mid discussion.

Sorry I didn’t take into consideration DU, DTD, and any lower mid/bottom. I have never heard anything about any of these frats, so I can’t give my opinion.
