Do you recommend joining a sorority?

Joining a sorority is a great way to get involved and meet new people. If you do decide to join, stay far off of this site though as it is very toxic (ignore everything on Greekrank like that other post said since most posts are false rumors that try to stereotype and objectify women/men). Just enjoy life with whatever sorority you choose to join and you will find that out of the 150-200 girls, there will be some you have a lot in common with and others you don't. Outside of frat parties there are a lot of other great activities that offer a way to socialize and have fun with other women on campus. Good luck!

I absolutely love my sorority but I’ve heard some girls find that the stereotypes are true. My advice is try recruitment and only join if you can vibe with the girls.

yes but only if you join for the right reasons! if you’re just joining for social status/partying, not worth it. if you want to live in a sorority house and get really close with your sisters then yes. just make sure you choose based on how much you actually like the girls you talk to and not arbitrary rankings.
