frats

I'm going to be a freshman next year and want to rush a frat. Can someone tell me what the good ones are and what they're like? I like to rage hard but sometimes I like to chill and just smoke a marijuana cigarette so like a frat that rages but is still really chill, I don't know if they have those but something like that. Any suggestions?
