updated srat ranks and reasons

ddd aphi:
both had decent pcs, maybe not as good as usual but not like anyone had better

axo kappa:
kappa falling and their pc wasn’t great either. axo had a pretty decent pc so they’re taking kappas spot in the top.

sk adpi:
sk didn’t have a good pc this year and adpi did well for them making these two even

chio aephi:
chio had a decent pc, so did aephi. too bad aephi doesn’t have any personality.

dg:
dg falling after this pc. much worse than the previous year.

sdt kd:
kd did alright for them which still isn’t saying much. doesn’t make them top. sdt did fine.

pi phi gphi:
pi phi had a notoriously bad rush this year. however, i would argue they are still more desired than gphi, but that might not last too long after this year.

agd deeph:
as expected. not much to say here.
