Psi Upsilon Opinions

So I understand that Psi U has a rough reputation, but the guys there seem genuinely nice and their house is pretty sick and in a good location. I know they are generally considered a lower tiered frat, but is there any reason for that besides their bad reputation? Could they be rising in ranks soon?
