Rising/Falling frats, but nobody wants to accept it

These are the frats that are rising/falling, but nobody wants to accept it:

Rising (most to least):
Lambda: Been known since the beginning of 2021
DSig: Others have a really hard time accepting that they yield high amounts of people at their events. Everyone knows "the barn"
Phi Delt: Their parties re extravagant, but they could use some more publicity. Meh on these guys.
SNu: They get a lot of people to come to their parties too. Their house is beautiful too, and the guys are actually super nice. I'm actually interested to see how their pledge class turns out.
Beta: You can barely walk in their house, it's so packed. I've never seen more "wild" girls than at this place, too.
PsiU: Meh. Their parties are still a little exclusive, but their name is getting cleaned up. Props to them, at least?

Falling (most to least):
Sigma Chi: Obvious. They are just absolutely plummeting. They lost zeta, and they are in trouble w nationals and the ifc
DU: Same situation as Sigma Chi, except they are just in more trouble with nationals, and less trouble with the IFC. Zeta losing a PC and getting banned for a couple months absolutely destroyed these guys
Pike: Where do they live? Recent pledge class was sub par. The only thing holding pike together at this point is their older pcs, and their reputation.
Shady: Stop inviting agd over and getting in trouble with the university for noise complaints, and maybe people will start wanting to come over. These guys act like they are top tier, but they just are not. If you stop acting how you do, then we will stop calling you shady.
Pi Kapps: They've become the clowns of greek life recently. Dry event? Lol. Try to be a bit more careful in the future.
OX(only if the rumors are true): If what everyone says is happening is actually true, then these guys deserve everything coming their way. Tri Delt should start abandoning ship if this is the case, because those girls dont deserve to be with guys who are about to get a bad reputation.


Note: It's really hard for a top frat to rise, and a bottom frat to fall, so that's why there is a discrepency between the "rising" and "falling" frats
