Best location: KD DDD AEPhi obviously

Best houses w/o taking into account location: Skrappa GPhi agd zta kkg? (no order)

Taking into account both just throw skrappa off the last list, Maybe zta too if you consider that too far

Agree if we’re talking house and location kd and ddd probably have the best except for tridelts weird bunk bed room where they all sleep

Skrappa hands down has the nicest and biggest house, but worst location with a 15 min walk from campus. Tri delt has the best location, but the house is small. Kappa and chi o are beautiful, same with zeta but zeta doesn’t fit very many people. Gamma phi probably has the nicest house inside. Dphie taking thetas house means they’re up there now too. Axo has a good location and the outside is beautiful but out dated inside
