Which chapter has the nicest house? (based off the actual house, not girls)

In alphabetical order (not ranked) I’d say the nicest ones are:

Alpha Gamma Delta
Gamma Phi Beta
Kappa Delta (Although small)
Zeta Tau Alpha

Alpha gam is a little far and gphi and zeta are really far although not half as bad as chi o or sigkap which is almost a half an hour walk from central campus. Kd and tridelt have the best locations. Adpi kkg aephi are also pretty good location wise.
Worse location is sigkap easily. I preferred there but after walking that far in heels I couldn’t rank it first because it’s just so far

Alpha gam is literally around the corner from adpi and like 100 feet from kappa/aephi i think?? Pi phi also has a great location and house imo

Chio is nicest, hands down. Gphi, zeta, kkg, and the new dphie house are also nice.

gphi, chio, zeta have the best houses, and here's why. gphi's was recently renovated and is so cool looking on the outside with the all white and pillars. chio's inside is super nice and the outside has the typical southern srat look. zeta's house is also super cute and has kinda the curvy driveway thing and looks super big. also has a really nice interior and from what i've seen good living spaces. i'd say gphi = chio > zta > everyone else

Chi o has the nicest house but tri delt has the best location. Sk also has such a nice house but it is far.

Tridelt, kd, kkg, and aephi probably have the best locations imo
