franks 2020 post rush (its true)

Phi psi, ox, aepi - top three, ox and aepi are agurably interchangeable, these frats always and only mix with top three no question about it.

Dke, Fiji- cool guys but have some weirdos, mix with a good mixture of the best/decent sororities. Fiji also had an extremely small/weak class. Dke loves self ranking.

Pike, asig- pike is decent at best, mix with basically only axo and sk wish for the top three sororities, asig is on the decline cause their small class is full of not cool kids. Pike is the bigger self ranked but it’s fine cause they’re better.

Xi, du, lambda - decent frats at best, haven’t seen any of this frats with a full party room this year though, some kids are cool the rest are losers, xi and du easily have cooler kids than lambda, have no idea why lambda would be ranked above them, every time I go there kids think they are too good to talk to certain girls and their new class is bunch of losers(I live in markley), xis new pledge class is hot, and dus is cool (i swear they don’t recruit based on looks at ALL) predict in the next two years the order of these frats change. Biggest self rankers here have to be lambda.
