From what I’ve heard,

Phi Psi Ox Dke have great brotherhood while AEPi Fiji Pike are a little less close and sort of divided.

Phi Psi definitely has the strongest brotherhood from what I’ve heard but probably because of their pledge term. OX isn’t bad either.
