question 4 sororitys

So, long story short, Im a first year who didnt get a chance to rush sororitys this year and im so sad about it, esp seeing everyone doing things with their houses now and knowing that i wont be able to live in a house soph year. Idk if i should give up on it or go through winter rush next year. a part of me wants to hold on to the concept an go through rush but another part of me understands that for sophs its harder and that mayb i should just move on. do any sophs who rushed or anyone have any thoughts bout this? honestly so upset
