does kappa ever do cobs?

If ever there was a year for KKG to COB it would be this year. I doubt it though. But they clearly had issues during recruiting. Class isn't nearly as good as it usually is, and I know a bunch of girls that pref'd "mid" houses (SK and ChiO, and even AXO/DG) over them. I assume they still met quota tho. There were so many girls, way more than enough to fill all the houses. Only a few of the bottom houses (AGD, PiPhi, KD and AOPi) are publicly doing COB.
