The following four sororities did not meet their quota during rush, and are seeking members through COB: AGD, AOPi, KD, and Pi Phi. Reach out directly to the sororities if you are interested.

Panhel gives a certain number that chapters are allowed to give bids to. Sometimes nationals have higher numbers they want in the chapter than can be met with these panhel quotas so chapters do cob. Kd and piphi met/exceeded panhel quotas but didnt meet national quotas
