how di theta xi shoot up in ranks in recent years?

I was curious what ranks looked like on here from a few years ago and saw that Theta Xi was rock bottom at one point but now they're at a respectable tier. Did they merge with another house or something some time a few years ago?

Why did Chi Psi want to merge with such a low tier frat?

Theta Xi had really low numbers at that time and Chi Psi was a really strong frat. Current Theta Xi is probably one of the best examples of how a merge can be really successful.
