lots of fall cobs?

Since there is no longer fall rush does this mean there will be a lot of COBs in the fall (since seniors leave and quotas must be met)?

Trust me, wait until pref day before you start thinking of dropping!l. A lot of things can change on that last day 😊

No chapters will know if they can COB in the fall until total is reset next semester. Seniors graduating won't really have an effect since all chapters will be smaller and then total will decrease.
