How strongly is gpa consider when girls are looking at rushees? Do sororities know your specific gpa or just that you meet the minimum?

Yes, they will have your specific GPA. Some sororities have cut offs that are actually higher (by a chunk) than the standard from the university to allow participation in recruitment. Sororities track their overall GPA as well so there is always attention to this as a priority.
