Falling: Deeph (Frats are starting to get annoyed because of how boring and awkward they are), DG (no longer really on the same level as ADPi and ChiO, but it’s not like they fell a whole tier or anything)
Rising: GPhi (can hold their own with Pi Phi and SDT now), AGD (could be considered lower mid now, respectable mixers with DSig and Pikapp, and PGP with ATO)
The rest are where they are. KD is still bottom tier despite them trying too hard not to be.

Agd doesnt mix with any of those places besides ato. They bottom. Deeph is just where they are they didnt change
