sorority rush packets?

As I’ve been thinking about winter recruitment I’ve encountered a few blog posts and videos that recommend I put together a “Rush Packet” with a resume, headshots, etc. for each house. Is that something that’s done at UMich, or only a few schools? If it is required here, do most PNMs use fancy custom stationary, or can I just use Google Docs and my own design sense to put something together?
