freshman- rush is happening now
by: SOFrats are having trouble getting the word out because many of them are disaffiliating in order to rush people in the fall so most people are finding out about open houses through word of mouth. Talk to people --> open house round is happening now. For reference, most people rush between 4-6 frats.

do your research! don't be rushing sig chi, psi u, tdx, and adphi (shady) because they happen to be frats that are close by and the only ones that freshies go to. only one (sig chi) is remotely relevant and it is a very 'fit' type of frat. rest are bottom tier and actually pretty bad locations for parties.

Who gives a dang. Those guys love their frats even if some rando who spends time on Greekrank wants to say crap about them. Just cuz they're not your cup of tea doesn't mean they suck.
