thoughts on alpha delta phi?

Just seeing what ppl think of this frat. I hear other chapters are nice but dont know anything about it here.

it's because they are very bottom here. used to be top, got kicked off a while ago. They're back but very low. a nice house though. you don't see their name in the ranks because everyone calls them "Shady"

They recolonized a year or two ago. All i know about them is that their house is really nice because it just got renovated

Sig Chi is the only relevant state street frat but if you like Shady than rush them.

Shady are nice and can throw a good party. They do lots of drinking games and are generally pretty good at them. If you like them, rush them. Greekrank legit means nothing: go where you like the people. Just like if you LOVE apples and are meh about bananas, someone saying ew apples, bananas are the best fruit probably wouldn't change your opinion and wouldn't make you not grab an apple.
