I don't care about how many downvotes/upvotes this gets, this is how it is at Michigan. This is based on the FRESHMAN PC's, feel free to talk to girls in the best sororitys (Phi, kappa, tridelt).
Top houses: Aepi, Dke, Ox, Phi Psi
Upper middle houses: Fiji, Asig, Pike
Middle houses: Chi Phi, Lambda, Xi, Dchi
Lower middle houses: DU, Sig Chi, DTD
Upper bottom: Dsig, ATO
Bottom houses: Pi Kapp, Psi U, TDX
Lower bottom houses: Snu, Triangle, Beta

yeah total move when wearing any greek clothing at their house can put your chapter on suspension...it only takes one snapchat nowadays lol. Kids must also love it when the cops show up to shutdown the party and issue out MIPs to all the underage undergrads

Ox, Aepi, and Dke are all off campus and this is never been an issue ever. Better to be off campus then stuck with ifc rules and not being able to throw parties like phi psi. Cops only come because Dchi is known for calling them on Aepi and Dke so the girls go to their parties...instead they go home with the aepi and Dke kids.

Phi Psi- Well-rounded freshmen, only complaint is they don’t party but they’re able to ride to any other late night and still mix with top
OX - Viewed as the best but have a few kind of weird kids, fun parties
Aepi- Their entitlement might be a turn off but still have good sorority relations and host the most parties
DKE- Solid and fun freshmen, only drawback is they’re rogue
