fraternity ranks/rush for incoming freshman

This is to help the Freshman Rushing on where to go for what they want. Been through the process and pretty impartial.

OX - Best house... nothing else to say, good luck
Aepi/Phi Psi/DKE - Round out the top. Some are a lot different than others. Phi Psi you prob dont need a shirt, the others you prob need a star of david. Great social schedules and will have lots of fun if you can make it. Competitive.

Fiji/Asig - Similar in both are the norm when you think about classic white fraternity guys. Asig is rouge though so can cause some troubles for you. Great socials and also lots of fun. Bit easier than those above them to get bids but still difficult.

Pike/Chi Phi/Lambda - Pike is on the decline after losing their house and other things but still a bit above the other two. Chi Phi and Lambda are both rising ish and pretty similar. All three are good choices for a good social schedule and guys. Your best choices if you don't get/want the top houses. Rush is still competitive but a bit below the others.

Xi/DU - Step below the others but still solid houses. Mostly normal guys, but some you prob don't want to hang around with. Solid backups if you can't go any higher. Still not bad socials too. Easier to get bids. Lots of wash ups from the tiers above.
Dchi- Like Aepi and DKE except worse... not bad if your an NJB that can't get into a top house. Solid tailgates too. Rush mostly normal kids.

Sig Chi/Pikapp/DTD- Bottom of any relevance if they have any, but know some good guys in them. Not the end of the world if you end up here. Rush is easy if 1. Can hold conversation 2. Athlete (Though only really need one of the two).

Dsig/TDX/And the Rest - End of the world. Drop and rush winter, it's not worth it. Will probably hug you if you just say your rushing them welcome week.

Fiji and Asig are a little easier
