Do frats consider looks when giving out bids like sororities do? Or are they more focused on personality?

It’s a lot more based on personality rather than looks. But I know frats still consider looks a little bit

For frats it's not like they go "oh this kid is attractive, we should give him a bid." It's more that good looking dudes are just more likeable, subconsciously, than someone that looks weird.
