Which frats and sororities have the best locations?

SAE/OX used to be the spot but it will be interesting if SAE can't throw parties this year. there used to not be a lot of frats in the Oxford area so they were considered far away from everything but now Pike, FIJI, Phi Psi, Alpha Phi, Sammie, OZ, DG, and some random frats are all there so they have a good location in terms of becoming a new frat row or block

Who said anything about Sae not being able to have parties? Curious, I just haven't heard that before

Can't throw parties? Wait til welcome week.

Best answer Is that sae and theta chi on the corner of south university/Washtenaw and all the fraternities like sigma chi, etc on state street have the most desirable locations.

the only sorority whose house is pretty out of the was is skrappa, but the physical house itself is sooo nice on the outside. all girls who rush have to go to every house for first sets so just see for yourself

In terms of location to campus

Relevant Fraternities: Theta Chi and SAE
Relevant Sororities: Trid-Delt, AXO and Kappa

By that logic AEPhi and Pi Phi would be "relevant sororities" too fyi

Not at all. I think they're just saying the relevant fraternities/sororities that are closest to campus

AEPhi is across the street from kappa, therefore just as close to campus. the question was about location and proximity to campus, not relevance
