winter rush shake up ranks

What are ranks gonna look like after all the dust settles with disaffiliation and pgp drama? time will tell but this is what I'd say as of rn:

Top:
Theta Chi, Phi Psi
FIJI, Dke, Aepi
Asig, Pike

Mid:
Chi Phi, Lambda, Theta Xi
Du, DChi
Sig Chi, DTD, Pikapp,
DSig, ATO

Bottom:
TDX, Psi U, Phi Sig
Beta, Shady, Triangle
Zeta Psi, Sig Nu

Sounds like the general consensus is Aepi, Asig,and Chi Phi are trending down while FIJI and DKE are trending up. Maybe Snu up from very bottom if they get Pike's house? What does everybody think? Genuinely curious.

Not saying they should be down necessarily but the top tier chicks keep saying Phi Psi parties have been pretty beat lately

Lambda taking Adpi really isn’t that much of a surprise. Chi phi didn’t try at all, I don’t think chi phi should drop or lambda should be that high up.

That’s a fair assessment but I feel like this is pretty much where people have ranked both of them all year with the exception of Xi usually being in front of lambda and chi phi at most one line up

I have been to 2 of snu’s events this year at their satellite house and the boys know how to have a good time. They’re making a big push for rush this semester and I think should at least be with DSig/ATO when they get the top party house next fall

Pike up over asig . That’s without a doubt, even losing their house they will still find a quality house and be fine and asig is in a bad spot. On the other end of that, snu won’t get a free ride to the top just for getting that house but if they play their cards right they won’t be bottom of the bottom by any means either. Everything else will more or less stay the same. ATO will of course be top of top after the highly touted Ksig mergers

dtd trending down. they’re losing pi phi and zeta wont choose them over du or chi phi

as a sorority girl that has mixed with dtd they’re just plain disrespectful and honestly no pgp next year is what they deserve
