Chi Phi is the worst fraternity on this campus. They are clearly worse than Lambda, DU, Theta Xi, and DChi. Arguably worse than DTD and Sig Chi at this point. ADPI hates Chi Phi and so does pretty much every other sorority. That's why Lambda destroyed Chi Phi in the vote, not even close lmao. Lambda now the best mid-tier fraternity. Sorry Chi Phi but your days of relevancy are over, nobody likes you!!!

Chi phi put next to no effort into asking ADPi, relying on social prowess to win them the vote and ADPi freshman voted heavily for lambda who had actually shown interest in them. It’s not a mystery

Your perception of things would definitely depend on who you talk to. ADPi freshman apparently voted heavily for lambda, sophomores were split, and juniors heavily for chi phi. It sounds like it was so close that it came down to a few votes

^truth it was very split but I think it came down to the pc choosing the frat that put in more effort and that they had gotten to know better

chi phi underclassmen are too young to know this exact controversy happened with chi phi, sig ep, and adpi two years ago. only differences is chi phi were the ones benefiting from sig ep's pgp-less downfall back then. what goes around comes around...don't let the door hit you on the way out
