switching sororities?

i did formal rush and i thought i picked the right sorority for me, but that ended up not being the case. i ended up dropping, so can i rush again in the winter? i only got pinned, not initiated so it’s okay right?

I believe you have to wait until next year. Read the third bullet.

From the FSL website:
“Who is eligible for COB?

All female University of Michigan students are eligible to participate in COB contingent on (1) they meet the eligibility requirements outlined by the university, (2) they have never been initiated into any National Panhellenic Conference sorority, (3) during primary (formal) recruitment in the fall of 2018 they did not sign the Membership Recruitment Acceptance Binding Agreement (MRABA) and/or depledge from a National Panhellenic Conference sorority.”

yes you do have to wait until next year- probably the winter because i don't think sororities are doing fall recruitment in 2019.
