be yourself, if you don’t belong in a house then there’s a good chance you won’t get a bid anyway so don’t worry too much

I think you need to have a few interesting things to say. Not things like how much $$ you have, but cool things that you've done. And yes, you need to dress the part. For 2nd semester, you should already know a few of the current pledges tho to get an idea, right?

If you really just care about rankings then don’t be yourself and just try to get a bid. I think you’ll regret it if you don’t fit in after awhile. Best bet is to be yourself and find the brotherhood that best suits you since these are the guys you’ll be hanging out with for the next 3 years.
