difficult to place sdt and aephi considering all factors (mix with some top frats but arent really liked)
zeta up now that they have du/sig ep who will host events with chi phi
Might as well throw in kd as a reminder that they will be on-campus next year

Basically correct, though you could easily swap within rows, but would be splitting hairs. The only one that really needs to move down is Zeta.
