Is this further proof that TKEs house is haunted? ASig just signed a lease there for next year. Whoever touches that place is getting kicked off.

Not true. As said above, if they have been fine with the number of tickets they have gotten in the past then they are probably fine unless they got caught hazing. But they have publicly hazed their pledges for a few years too so I doubt that is an issue.
