Wondering about Sig Ep’s “Balanced Man” program. Is it as good as people have been saying it is? Should I consider?

It's not clear why their nationals took away their charter, so it's probably hazing or other crimes.

If they do come back, all of the original members will have graduated and it will most likely be a completely different chapter (different vibe, type/quality of guy)
