What are the chances a junior transfer gets a bid? Obviously not going for top tier.

I would guess low. Probably won't be anything against you but by the time you are done pledging you will only be a brother for three semesters and you are gonna be older than all your pc. I would say give it a shot cause why not but I definitely wouldn't bet on it.
