rushing as a junior transfer?

by: transfer

So I'm currently going to community college and i plan to be a junior at UM in the fall. How hard is it for juniors to get bids for a good sorority?

With that attitude, it's not likely. Go where you fit, not where people perceive as "good". I know a lot of transfer rushes from the past few years and the girls who kept a good attitude are the girls who actually like their sororitys.

It'll be literally impossible, most good sororities have a requirement to not take any sophomores, let alone jrs

^thats not true but it will be more difficult than if you were younger. honestly I wouldn't recommend rushing as a jr, most of the active part of greek life is as a freshman and sophomore

Well you seem like you have a terrible attitude, but if it makes you feel any better, a junior in my rush line got a bid from Phi.

AOPi did, but that's because they were colonizing this year and when sororities do that they want a charter class that has all the classes represented (frosh, soph, jr, sr).

Other than that, I don't know that anyone took any juniors.
