Just put the adpi address into the city of ann arbor real property tax register and the owner of record will be listed. Most likely will be a corporation but if you are lucky you might see if its owned by adpi. The AOPi national organization is probably one of the most unethical in panhel so if there were any real estate games going on it wouldn't surprise me to see them involved.

AOPi national is run by a bunch of hillbilly thieves who prey on the real estate of their chapters across the country. Ever heard of the dixie mafia? The dixie mafia is alive and well and some of their members run AOPi national. Truly a shady bunch. If there is a real estate play or scam relating to a piece of property owned by a sorority or fraternity a safe bet is that AOPi national is involved. Other threads on here have documented some of their more widely litigated scams. To any lady even thinking of entering the portals of AOPi house my advice would be to WATCH YOUR WALLET and know that the national WILL BREAK YOUR HEART!

My mom is also an AOII from Michigan. The last I heard, (about this time last year)AOII still owns Sammy's (DEEPHS) house. That is why when Deeph rented it out AOII's nationals decided to lease SAE's house instead. (Since it would have been rude to kick Deeph out after Gamma Phi's nationals stopped leasing to Deeph when no girls would live in the house this year). It will be interesting to see if AOII and Deeph swap houses next year though.
