I got an offer from ADPhi. Parents wouldn't let me rush in the fall, so I'm between winter rush and rushing ADPhi. I know their rep, and while people say rankings don't matter, it would still be ideal to mix with some nice sororities (not necessarily Kappa or Alpha Phi, but maybe ADPi or Skrappa). Is it worth continuing the pursue ADPhi, or should I wait?

Lol shady doesn't mix with anyone, it's not easy to get into the frats that mix with adpi and skrappa tho so don't count on a bid from them

What exactly does not easy mean? As in, you have to put in some work getting a bid, or "if you're not Fratty McFratface you're not getting a bid"

What's the best frat to rush if you're not super fratty (Phi Psi, OX, AEPi, PIKE), but still want to mix with good sororities? Also, do girls in top sororities just not talk to you if you're in a "lesser frat"?

Don't think you understand the mixer groups very well. The frats that mix with APhi and Kappa are almost the same as the ones that mix with Skrappa.

If your objective is to mix with top tier sororities you will not get a bid anywhere you fokin geed
