What's up with Psi U? Are they coming back next semester at their house at 1000 Hill St?

They are coming back next year, but won't be living in the house for a year or two as the chapter grows.

they're not coming back for a little, my friend is in gamma phi and she told me their senior/junior girls have that house rented out next year as their annex

They are going to recolonize starting fall and one year later will move back into their house on Hill street. Will be a while before they are anywhere near what they used to be

If they recolonize correctly I think they would easily make it to middle tier, unlike how ZBT did. Keep in mind that house is in an amazing location for rush.
