Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 2.3 Phi psi is accredited with good looking, fashionable, dumb guys. Girls like them... but they are hated among fraternities because they are stereotyped as being soft. It will be interesting to see how they handle their little pathetic house next year

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.5 very fratty, professional, exclusive and still generally nice guys compared to similar houses. will be getting worse since their new house is garbage. also with pike/zbt close by.. it will hurt them big time.
