Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.4 Phi Delt is one of the fastest growing houses on campus. They have been making huge moves lately and with a solid pledge class they should continue in a very positive direction. Though they are technically a dry fraternity, they manage to throw large parties at other houses and still maintain a fairly strong social presence on campus. Their parties might not be on the same level as Theta Chi or SAE but other aspects of the house definitely help make up for that.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.2 Unlike the rater below this, Phi Delt isn't the most desirable chapter on campus, but the girls that go there love the guys because they are all genuinely nice - they may not be the best looking or most socially accepted, but they dress classy and always have a good time. They got screwed over by Pi Phi last year who chose DKE because they are technically more respected. Best thing about Phi Delt is that all the brothers really like eachother with great brotherhood.
