Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 1.0 We mix with Phi Delt all the time so I'm going to give you the truth. Phi Delt was cool last year but this year they decided that they were too cool for other people, so instead of mixing with a bunch of different middle tier sororities, they only mix with 1 or 2. What they didn't realize is that it's actually hurting their social life and doesn't make anyone think that they're any better than they were. Guys think they're fratty but they're really not. Give it up Phi Delt you're moving down.

We mix with Phi Delt all the time so I'm going to give you the truth. Phi Delt was cool last year but this year they decided that they were too cool for other people, so instead of mixing with a bunch of different middle tier sororities, they only mix with 1 or 2. What they didn't realize is that it's actually hurting their social life and doesn't make anyone think that they're any better than they were. Guys think they're fratty but they're really not. Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.4 climbing to top middle tier after this pc because the mid tier sorority ladies all love them! im in a sorority and our turnout for mixers with them is always high. the pledges are so nice and most of them are goodlooking. doesnt hurt that you can tell their brotherhood is strong! (:

The new house on east u is not fun, and at the chapter house mixers theres lots of awkward milling around in a well lit basement with nothing happening but beer pong. Once the pregame ends it seems like nothing ever really gets going downstairs. They also stopped mixing with some middle sororities which is really not doing them any favors. Step up that game and you guys could be one of the best.
