Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 1.8 they are nowhere as good as they think they are. They got a decent pc, although a lot of the older brothers are weird. despite having a good satellite house, being a dry house limits how relevant they are

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 1.0 We mix with Phi Delt all the time so I'm going to give you the truth. Phi Delt was cool last year but this year they decided that they were too cool for other people, so instead of mixing with a bunch of different middle tier sororities, they only mix with 1 or 2. What they didn't realize is that it's actually hurting their social life and doesn't make anyone think that they're any better than they were. Guys think they're fratty but they're really not. Give it up Phi Delt you're moving down.

We mix with Phi Delt all the time so I'm going to give you the truth.
