Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.2 I really enjoy all the late nights I have been to. The music is loud, the floor is packed, there's hella energy, and my friends always wanna go. Highly recommend over other frats in the similar tier
