thats my actually rating. please stop self-ranking guys. not the point of this site. the lodge is not a cool place and the brothers there are actually GDI's. this is a small fraternity that doesn't throw many good parties

That's not the case. For example Kappa may be hotter than tridelt, but they are all stuck up and don't know how to drink, so not necessarily better. Thus pike is ranked in a similar way.

Their last two pledge classes have actually been decent. They were sort of inconsistent in the past, but really seem to have a winning formula now. Some think that they were bold in picking Sigma Chi for pregame partners, but it actually seems sort of reasonable, given SigChi's weirdly quick rise. On the whole though, nice girls. I've heard they're fun at mixers.

if sororities are rated based upon how hot their pledge class is, then why arn't frats? pike has the best looking guys there is, yet they arn't considered the best by us top tiers just because of reputation? if you did't know anything about ranking or anything and you just saw frats based off of looks and personality, people would guess pike was way better than sae or theta chi
