use to be a really great place to chill and im sure it will be for next year too but after a while it'll kinda vanish. such a shame but they really werent that great to begin with. too many weird looking girls

freshman did really well this year. older guys still sucked but escaped the chiphi-deke tier and started mixing with good sororities. not generally liked by other frats however.. UMAD?

very fratty, professional, exclusive and still generally nice guys compared to similar houses. will be getting worse since their new house is garbage. also with pike/zbt close by.. it will hurt them big time.

all they do is rage, chill, and solely mix with the top 3 sororities. every weed enthusiast wants to be a theta chi. everyone calls them the unattractive or awkward top house, but they are loads of fun. also lift a lot too

way better in recent years. about half of 2010 pc and like three quarters of 2011 pc are good looking. used to be much more weird/unattractive, but now have higher standards. i hope they continue the trend because then next years pc is gonna be awesome

PiPhi has gotten worse this year. Also they only picked sigma chi cause they were closest to the stadium. That's it. I would barf at the thought of ANY piphi hooking up with any sigma chi. Everyone knows its a pity 'date'.

dont know too much but from what i hear they only managed to get half of zeta against phidelt for pregames.. pathetic. they still have the name and a couple good parties but i dont see much else going for them
