a mixed bag. nicknamed chex-mix. i already see chi phi got enough hate (well-deserved in some respects)so i'll try to keep it light. chi phi does do a pretty good job with the mid-low sororities. however, chi phi does really miss out when you move up to hotter girls. similar tier houses like sigep and dke do have some sort of small connection to places like tridelt and alpha phi. chi phi gets pretty protective over this, but make up for it with stronger relations with low houses. all in all, despised by the top, adored by the bottom and still some good guys with a plate dooche.

sig ep has grown this year, no doubt. i'd say something like five guys alone in the fall class have pulled this house up. also having a new house really helped too. half the guys are athletic, some are creepy, others are funny. they have a lot of variety. pretty involved, always have plenty to drink. for what its worth, they are doing well but not as well as they may think. next year will suck either way cause of all the pressure. all eyes on you. best of luck! and remember.. dont choke

should be ranked higher on this site... below the engineering sorority? really? definitely not top tier but down to earth chicks who can be fun. the only reason they're so low is because all the other houses self rank. pathetic.

they fell straight to the bottom and yet continue to lie about their fraternities condition. i loved psi U as much as anyone else, but they are as done as done gets.
