combine the worst parts of theta chi and fiji then drop down a tier. thats Dke

getting better, but nothing to be proud of. think of them as all the awkwardness of fiji while trying hard to have the partys of pikes

i love how the mid-tiers like dke and sig ep get bs bad rankings from names of sororities that don't rank anybody else on the same days that chi phi gets a ton of random obvious selfranks. Im embarassed that im on this site looking that deeply in june but apparently a ccertain other frat isnt ashamed at all. Truth is, of the "third tier" or whatever you call the mid level deke definitely has the cutest guys. 4 may be strong overall but this is compared to midtiers. They are kinda top heavy with a good deal awkward kids occupying the corners at mixers, but they are definitely my favorite to go to of that frats we normally mix with.

These guys even though I see plenty of self ranks really get the shaft. They are probably the best organization in the midtier but since the guys are still kinda awkward and they are still in that midtier they have the weirdos of the lower mid tier always hating on them to try to bring themselves up. They always make good efforts to see to it that the girls are pleased. I dont know that I really make that many friends at our mixers with them but there is always a fun atmosphere and girls will always show. A little excited for their new house, but tired of hearing about it. My sorority is always going to show to their parties though. They take a lot of crap but in greek life all publicity is pretty much good since every frat hates every frat.

This is partially a test. I wander onto this site sort of frequently in boredom and it seems whenever somebody posts something true and bad about chi phi its down within a week. no toehr frats seem to tend to their own rankings (maybe chip psi and sometimes sig ep) than these guys. We enjoy going to their parties but I can't wear my heels there without towering and cant get too close to anybody unless I want smoke breath in my face. Some cute guys in the rough but overall least attractive of the mid tier. they all like to have fun, but They have no unity they are part bros bros who try way too act like they dont care and part guys trying way too hard to act cute and fratty. Will you boys take this down too then go hate on every other frat adpi mixes with?

truly a horrible house. they arent a fraternity, they are a social club with 120+ members. no one in sigma epsilon is 'proud' to be there; surrounded by guys who frankly have nothing in common and dont get along. all the bad of pike but without the women. a couple of the guys creep on girls. needs to reevaluate itself.

House is kind of schizo, combination of guys wishing the house was more greek and a bunch of regular guys who just enjoy everyone's company. They are surprisingly bad at volleyball for having a court in their yard.
